Peggy -

ready to travel to UK foster

Small to medium‑sized dog with short brown, grey and tan fur sits on green grass, looking toward the camera. Its slightly folded ears, coarse coat texture and black leash are clearly visible in the outdoor setting.
  • Location: Safe Shelter Romania
  • Peggy is just 1 year old and is a medium size, measuring 36 cm.
  • She is a kill shelter Survivor and was taken to a safe shelter with her brother, Eddie.
  • This gentle dog is a bit shy at first, but once she feels safe, her sweetness really shines through and she is super friendly.
  • Peggy is happy sharing space with other dogs and enjoys having a buddy.
  • She is calm and respectful around cats – making her an ideal addition to a multi-pet home.
  • Peggy is looking for a family who can offer time, attention and gentle engagement, as well as regular exercise.
  • She would flourish with a canine companion in her new home who can offer comfort and fun, but she would be equally happy as an only dog.
  • Any children would need to be 10+.
  • She is microchipped and fully vaccinated and neutered, and will arrive in any new home with her own passport clearly outlining all the various tests and vaccinations she has had (in line with DEFRA rules and regulations). She will also come with a full APHA (UK) Certificate for Brucellosis which is NEGATIVE.

  • If you think you can offer Peggy the home that meets her needs and would like to be considered, please complete the Application Form.
