- Meet beautiful Rosie who is looking for her loving retirement home.
- Rosie is an 11‑year‑old Kelpie who has lived her whole life with the same owner. Sadly, due to ill health, he can no longer care for her, and Rosie is now looking for a new family to give her the love, stability and companionship she’s always known.
- Medium in size and weighing approximately 18.5 kg, Rosie is a confident, friendly and playful girl. She loves to run around the garden and chase toys, and enjoys her daily walks. Despite her age, she still has plenty of energy and enthusiasm for life.
- Rosie would thrive in a home where someone is around much of the time — she adores company and would love a person who can play with her, keep her mentally stimulated, and take her on good, enriching walks.
- She currently goes to work with her foster mum and enjoys meeting people, as well as the company of a 7‑year‑old girl.
- Rosie has always lived as an only dog, but she would be very happy to have a canine friend to play with.
- We will also consider an only‑dog home in the right circumstances, after full discussion with the Rescue.
- Rosie isn’t used to cats and may chase them.
- She is microchipped, fully vaccinated, and neutered.
