Arnold -
- Location: UK Foster home in East Sussex.
- Arnold is a Chow mix and is medium size – he weighs 27.4kg and is 48cm high.
- He is estimated to be around 11 years old, although we believe him to be much younger (around 8 years old) and he still has plenty of life left in him yet!
- He is a kill shelter survivor and has been doing amazingly well in his UK foster home.
- Arnold can be shy with new humans but he is calm and gentle, and it doesnt take him long to trust the people around him.
- He is happy enough being left alone but does enjoy company.
- He is good with other dogs, interacts with them well, and has shown absolutely no signs of aggression.
- He is also fine with cats.
- He enjoys his walks, is good on his harness and lead, and he loves sniffing!
- He has been great with older children in his foster home
- Arnold would do well in a home that is calm and has a stable routine. He will need a little time and patience as he builds his confidence.
- He would ideally like a home with another confident dog/dogs that can help him to learn.
- Chilren would need to be 10+
- He is microchipped, fully vaccinated and neutered, and will arrive in any new home with his own passport clearly outlining all the various tests and vaccinations he has had (in line with DEFRA rules and regulations). He will also come with a full APHA (UK) Certificate for Brucellosis which is NEGATIVE.
