- Location Northamptonshire Penny is medium size, almost 3 years old.
- Everyone says she looks like a Labrador cross.
- She is an adorable, quiet girl, who loves people and other dogs. She loves to see her foster parents so much she gets super excited in the mornings and can jump up, but this is improving with training.
- She walks very well and doesn’t pull on the lead.
- She would really like a home with another playful dog to roll around with and chase.
- She could live as an only dog in the household, in the right circumstances, but this would need to be fully discussed with the Rescue.
- She loves her food and eats very fast. She currently uses a slow feeding bowl, but this should calm down as she realises she will be getting regular meals.
- She would need to be fed separately from any other resident dogs initially.
- She also loves treats and takes them very gently.
- She is house trained during the day, but still needs puppy pads down at night, however, as she has only been learning how to live in a house for a couple of weeks she is doing amazingly well.
- She’s doesn’t need or enjoy a crate and will settle happily in a dog bed.
- She does like to snuggle with her foster parents during the evening for lots of strokes and fuss.
- She has not been cat tested.
- Any children would need to be aged 10+ due to her being bouncy when excited and playing
- She is vaccinated, microchipped and neutered and will be rehomed with her own passport and a full APHA Brucellosis Certificate, which is negative.
- She is currently in a foster home in Northamptonshire.
